舱室密封性能软测量技术和设备的研究

摘要 目的:研制一种微压差测量仪器,开发一种软测量算法,用于舱室密封性能测量。方法:利用微压差传感器和中央控制器采集压差信号,并利用辨识算法,建立压差和漏气率之间的函数关系。结果:试验表明,微压差测量仪可以可靠、准确地得到压差信号,辨识算法误差小,满足精度要求。结论:该仪器成本较低,算法可靠,适合舱室密封性能测量,可用于方舱式手术车、生物安全试验室、重症监护救护车、传染病人运送车等的研制。 Objective To develop a device for measuring tiny differential pressure and a soft sensing algorithm for chamber airproof performance estimation. Methods Differential pressure signals were acquired with micro differential pressure sensor and central control unit, and a recognition algorithm was proposed to determine the functional relation between the differential pressure and leakage flow. Results Experiments showed that the device could acquire differential pressure signals reliably and accurately and the algorithm had low error while high precision. Conclusion The differential pressure device and soft sensing algorithm can be used to estimate the airproof performances of shelter-type surgical vehicle, biosafety lab, ICU ambulance, transport vehicle for infectious patient.
