摘要 目的:为解决现有放射介入手术缺少防护手段以及铅防护衣的负重问题,研制一种新型零重力铅衣辐射防护系统。方法:该系统由万向底座、空心立柱、主副摇臂、悬坠体、铅衣挂架、缆线等装置组成。铅衣挂架及摇臂采用铝质轻体合金材料制作,底座采用铸造铁碳合金制作,以便增加稳定性。防护面罩选用1.25 mm Pb铅防护玻璃制成,整体框架以不锈钢材料制作。铅防护衣选择0.75 mm Pb新型超轻、超薄、超柔软铅防护材料制作。缆线选用直径为3.5 mm的钢丝绳制作。结果:该防护系统轻便实用,在保证辐射防护效果的同时,解决了放射介入工作者穿着铅衣的负重问题。结论:该系统操作、移动方便,性能可靠,占用空间小,适用于各类放射介入和植入类手术防护,对保护放射工作者的职业健康具有重要意义和影响,应用前景广阔。 Objective To develop a zero-gravity lead clothing system to provide protection for interventional radiology operation and eliminate the deficiency of traditional lead protective suit in loading. Methods The system was composed of a gimbaled base, a hollow column stand, main and auxiliary rocker arms, suspension weight, clothing rack, cables and etc. The rack and rock arms were made of light aluminum alloy, and the base was made of casting iron-carbon alloy to enhance the stability. The protective mask was developed with 1ead glass with 1.25 mm Pb lead equivalent, and the framework was manufactured with stainless steel. The lead clothing was produced with lead protective material with 0.75 mm Pb lead equivalent,and the cables were fabricated with 3.5 mm wire rope. Results The system made a compromise in radioprotection and the loading for wearing lead clothing. Conclusion The system gains advantages in operation, mobility and reliability, and can be used for radiologist protection during interventional or implanted radiology operation.
