摘要
目的:研发一套基于物联网的无线镇痛监控系统,用于远程病房术后患者的镇痛监控。方法:无线镇痛监控系统由镇痛终端和无线镇痛管理系统组成。由无线镇痛泵发射无线信号给无线镇痛管理系统的基站,通过监测台显示无线镇痛泵的运行信息及报警信息,最终形成术后随访及患者自控镇痛记录单。结果:该系统实现了临床患者的镇痛泵与麻醉科医生的中央监测工作站的实时连接,建立了实时有效的报警和可追溯性的医疗监测数据记录机制,提高了镇痛管理的质量及患者的满意度。结论:该系统有利于医护人员对使用中的无线镇痛泵系统终端进行集中化和实时性的监控和管理,实现了患者自控镇痛的信息化与智能化,值得推广应用。
Objective To develop a set of wireless analgesia monitoring system(WAMS) based on internet of things suitable for remotely monitoring the postoperative analgesia of the patients in the ward. Methods WAMS was composed of a analgesia terminal and a wireless analgesia management system. The wireless analgesia pump sent wireless signals to the base station of the system, then the information on the operation and alarming of the pump was displayed on the screen, and the recording sheets were generated for postoperative follow-up and patient-controlled analgesia finally. Results The system realized realtime connection between the analgesia pump of the patient and the central monitoring workstation of the anesthetist,established data recording mechanism for real-time alarming and traceable medical monitoring, and enhanced analgesia management quality and patient satisfaction. Conclusion The system facilitates the medical staff to execute centralized and real-time monitoring and management of wireless analgesia pump terminal, and implements informatized and intelligent patient-controlled analgesia, and is worthy promoting practically.
