Design and application of casualty triage tag for diversified military operation

目的:针对多样化军事行动伤员救援的需求,研制一种能够用于战场、反恐和救灾等平战时医学救援的伤员检伤分类卡。方法:通过分析平战时伤情的特点、检伤救治的信息需求和快速高效的要求,并借鉴国内外分类卡的先进经验,进行材料筛选、模块设置、要素确定等方面的设计和测试。结果:该分类卡设计合理、功能齐全,准确地记录了伤员基本信息、伤情和救治过程,大大提高了大批量伤员的检伤分类效率。结论:该分类卡平战适应、要素齐全、制作简便、检伤分类快速,有利于伤员得到恰当的救治,可适应未来战争和非战争军事行动卫勤保障的需要。

Objective To develop a casualty triage tag for medical rescues of military use, anti terrorism, disaster relief and etc. Methods Materials selection, modules setup, elements determination and etc were carried out for the triage tag with analyses on injury conditions at wartime and peace time, information requirements for classified treatment, support efficiency and experiences of foreign countries and China. Results The triage tag with multi functions contained casualty essential information and data on injury condition and history of treatment, and enhanced the efficiency for casualty triage greatly.Conclusion The triage tag facilitates the casualty to obtain timely treatment, and can be used for medical service support in military or non-military operations.
