摘要
目的:研制一种采用物理疗法治疗乳腺增生的仪器。方法:根据中医按摩疗法和活血化瘀、通经活络、软坚散结的理论与现代电子技术相结合进行设计。仪器采用真空吸附原理,通过真空泵产生负压,在脉动型继电器控制下,通过罩杯对乳房作节律运动并且按摩穴位,使乳房血液循环畅通,来达到治疗目的。结果:在治疗乳腺增生的治愈率、有效率和复发率方面,物理型乳腺增生治疗仪明显优于中药、西药、离子导入治疗仪等其他治疗方法。结论:该仪器设计新颖独特,具有噪声小、功率大、超强吸力、气压平稳等特点,且操作简便、适用人群广泛,对人体无任何副作用,具有较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To develop an apparatus for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods The apparatus was designed with the theories of TCM massage therapy, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, dredging the meridian passage, softening and resolving hard mass as well as modern electronic technology. The apparatus involved vacsorb principle in the treatment. A pulsating relay controlled a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, then the negative pressure drove the bra cup to execute rhythmic vacuum aspiration in order to massage the points on the breast, so that the blood circulation of the breast could be improved to cure cyclomastopathy. Results The developed apparatus gained advantages in cure rate, effective rate and recurrence rate over the therapies by Chinese drugs, western medicine,iontophoresis apparatus and etc. Conclusion The proposed apparatus behaves well in design, low noise, high power,strengthened aspiration, stable air pressure, easy operation, wide applicability, no adverse effect and satisfactory clinical efficacy, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
