摘要
目的:解决病案室业务管理混乱、病历不安全、工作效率低、责任不明确、统计分析难等隐患问题。方法:采用Visual Basic、Oralce、SQL Server数据库,建立本地病案信息数据库,以Excel、Word作为报表、报告输出,开发病案室业务一体化信息平台。将病案室的签收、质检、核查、编目、装订、入库、补送、借阅、复印、封存、查询等业务功能全部纳入信息化管理。结果:实现全程信息流管理、实用辅助信息提示、快速登记标准化缺陷、实时发送缺陷信息、各类统计报表导出、自动生成封存笔录、工作量精确统计等功能。结论:病案室信息平台的应用优化了工作秩序、加强了病案安全、提高了工作效率、规范了内部管理、促进了岗间合作、方便了病案利用、改善了病案质量、解决了存储难题。
Objective To solve the hidden problems of the medical record library in management, safety, working efficiency,responsibility, statistical analysis and etc. Methods An integrated information platform was developed in the medical record library, in which, a local medical record database was established with Visual Basic and Oracle SQL Server database and the report was output at the forms of Excel and Word. The platform realized informatized management for receiving, quality check,verification, cataloging, binding, warehousing, borrowing, copying, storage, inquiry and etc. Results The functions were implemented such as whole-course information flow management, information cue, rapid defect recording of standardization,real-time sending of defect information, statistical report output, automatic generation of storage notes, precision statistics of workload and etc. Conclusion The integrated information platform improves the medical record library in working order,safety of medical record, working efficiency, internal management, inter-post cooperation, storage and etc.
