尼泊尔抗震救灾过程中高原地震伤医学影像分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高原、高寒及山区条件下尼泊尔地震伤员的受伤部位特点及影像诊断价值。方法:收集"4·25尼泊尔"地震发生3-17 d内送往中国国家应急救治中心90例地震伤员的临床资料,回顾分析伤者损伤部位及影像特点。结果:90例地震伤员中,60例为单部位损伤,30例为多部位损伤,受伤部位共计143处。损伤部位按发生率高低依次为:四肢伤71例,占78.89%;脊柱伤9例,占10%;胸部伤8例,占8.89%;盆腔伤2例,占2.22%。结论:高原、高寒及山区条件下地震伤以四肢伤、脊柱伤较多,腹部损伤少见。影像学检查有助于对地震伤员进行早期诊断,为临床筛查及分类治疗提供了重要依据。 Objective To explore the features of injury sites and imaging diagnosis of the victims in plateau, severe cold and mountain conditions during Nepal earthquake. Methods The clinical data of 90 earthquake victims during 4·25 Nepal earthquake were collected, who were sent to China National Emergency Treatment Centre within 3 to 17 days after the earthquake. Retrospective analysis was carried out on injury site and imaging feature. Results Of the 90 victims, there were 60 single injury patients and 30 multi-site injury patients, with 143 lesions involved. The injury sites included 71 cases of extremities injuries(78.89%), 9 cases of spine injuries(10%), 8 cases of breast injuries(8.89%), 2 cases of pelvis injuries(2.22%). Conclusion Extremities and spine injuries often occur in the victims in plateau, severe cold and mountain conditions during earthquake, while injuries were rare in abdomen. Imaging diagnosis contributes to the early diagnosis of the earthquake victim, and provides references for clinical screening and classified treatment.
