Application of red light therapeutic apparatus to cyclomastopathy diagnosis and treatment

目的:探讨红光治疗仪在乳腺病诊断和治疗中的应用及其发展现状。方法:采用乳腺红光检查治疗仪,对76名成年乳腺增生患者进行了治疗和观察;并依据乳腺增生临床诊断标准和乳腺疼痛情况进行疗效判定,以改善率划分疗效等级来评价红光治疗仪的治疗效果。结果:治疗后受试者的治疗有效率达到了90%以上,乳房疼痛症状与治疗前比较均有明显改善;经有效性统计和非劣效性分析,CL>-15%,试验仪器的一切性能均正常,性能安全,各项指标符合标准要求。结论:红光治疗仪在乳腺病治疗和诊断中有较高的应用价值,研究开发与红光相关的仪器并应用于人类健康保健与疾病的治疗将是越来越热门的领域,并有望形成有重大社会影响和经济效益的产业。

Objective To explore the application and present situation of the red light therapeutic apparatus to the diagnosis and treatment of cyclomastopathy. Methods Totally 76 adult cyclomastopathy patients underwent treatment by the red light therapeutic apparatus, and then the effects were evaluated qualitatively with cyclomastopathy clinical standard and situations of breast pain, while quantitatively with the graded improvement rate. Results The effective rate was more than 90%, and all the patients had breast pain relieved significantly. Analyses on validity and noninferiority proved that the value of CLwas more than-15%. The apparatuses involved had the performances and safety meet the desired requirements. Conclusion The red light therapeutic apparatus is of great value for the diagnosis and treatment of cyclomastopathy, and will gain more and more attention and extended application.
