摘要 目的:通过对呼吸机的质量控制,掌握呼吸机的性能现状,提高其临床使用的安全性与准确性。方法:根据2012年总后勤部卫生部下发的军事医学计量资料汇编,利用呼吸机标准化检测仪对呼吸机的潮气量、强制通气频率、吸入氧气体积分数、呼气末正压、吸气压力水平进行质量控制。结果:14台呼吸机中,1台外观检查、2台潮气量、2台安全报警不合格,原因主要是电源线外皮老化、电池失效以及呼吸机管路积水;其他各项参数均合格。结论:全面掌握有关呼吸机的知识,定期进行质量控制,才能保障呼吸机的质量,确保其安全应用。 Objective To apprehend the conditions of the ventilator by quality control so as to enhance its safety and accuracy during clinical use. Methods The ventilator had its parameters detected with a standard testing instrument according to Military Medical Metrology Compilation issued by Health Department of General Logistics Department in 2012, including tidal volume, volume fraction of inspired oxygen, positive end expiratory pressure and aspiration pressure level. Results Of the 14 ventilators involved, there was 1 ventilator had defect in appearance, 2 ones in tidal volume and 2 ones in safety alarm, which were caused by aged power cord sheath, battery failure and gathered water in ventilator pipe. It's proved the remained parameters met the desired requirements. Conclusion Understanding of related knowledge and periodical quality control contribute to the safe application of the ventilator.
