Radioprotection supervision for digital subtraction angiogrophy (DSA) projects

目的:调查了解北京军区数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)项目的放射防护和设备性能情况,分析解决存在的问题。方法:借助专业检测工具,对北京军区所属医院11台DSA项目进行抽查;根据有关法规标准进行监督监测,并对结果进行分析。结果:调研项目的防护设施指标以受检者防护用品的设置、工作状态指示灯设置以及电离辐射警示标志设置的合格率较低,分别是63.64%、72.73%和81.82%;DSA设备存在的性能问题主要是空气比释动能率、均匀性和伪影3个指标,合格率均为90.91%;在许可证件持有及使用方面也存在一定问题。结论:北京军区DSA项目需要有针对性地从放射防护、设备性能和项目人员许可等方面去改进和完善。

Objective To explore the radioprotection and machine conditions of digital subtractino angiography（DSA） projects in Beijing Military Area Command. Methods Totally 11 projects were sampled, and professional tools and related regulations were involved in the detection. The detection results were analzyed. Results The projects had the qualification rates in exmainee protective tool, working station indicator and warning sign for ioinizing radiation being 63.64%, 72.73% and 81.82%respectively. DSA machines had problems in air kerma rate, uniformity and artifact, whose qualification rates were all 90.91%.There were also some problems found in holding and applying license. Conclusion DSA projects in Beijing Military Area Command have to be improved in radioprotection, machine performance and personnel license.
