尿液分析仪在野战医疗方舱中的应用

Application of urine analyzer in field medical shelter

目的:分析对比COMBISCAN 500尿液分析仪(以下简称"CB-500尿液分析仪")在实验室环境与野战环境条件下的精密度及不同环境下的检测结果,评估该仪器是否能够满足野战医疗需求。方法:分别在实验室环境与野外医疗方舱环境下对CB-500尿液分析仪进行对比实验与精密度检测分析,并采用Kappa一致性检验评价该检测系统在2种环境下检验结果的一致性。结果 :CB-500尿液分析仪在实验室环境与野外医疗方舱环境下测定值与靶值的符合率为100%,且一致性均>0.75;在不同环境下比对实验酸碱度(p H)、比重(SG)、葡萄糖(GLU)、酮体(KET)、蛋白(PRO)、尿胆原(URO)、胆红素(BIL)、亚硝酸盐(NIT)、白细胞(LEU)、红细胞(BLD)、维生素C(Vc)的Kappa值分别为0.87、0.76、0.89、0.93、0.92、1、0.94、1、0.88、0.93、1,P<0.05,二者无显著性差异。结论:CB-500尿液分析仪在室内环境与野外方舱环境下精密度良好、其检测结果无显著性差异、一致性良好,可适用于平战时及应急条件下的各种医学检验工作,适合新形势下我军平战结合卫勤保障装备模式。

Objective To compare the precisions and examination results of COMBISCAN 500（CB-500） urine analyzer in lab and field conditions. Methods The precisions and examination results of CB-500 urine analyzer were detected in lab and field conditions, and Kappa test was used to determine the consistency of the results in the two conditions. Results The coincidence rate of the measured value and target value was 100%, with the consistency more than 0.75. Kappa values for p H, SG, GLU,KET, PRO, URO, BIL, NIT, LEU, BLD and Vc were 0.87, 0.76, 0.89, 0.93, 0.92, 1, 0.94, 1, 0.88, 0.93 and 1 respectively,which proved that the differences were significant. Conclusion CB-500 urine analyzer gains advantages in precision and consistency when used in the lab or field medical shelter, and thus can be used for medical service at peacetime and wartime.
