摘要 高压共轨系统的结构参数直接影响高压共轨系统的性能,进而影响到整个发动机的性能.为了使高压共轨喷油系统与发动机能够较好地匹配,利用GT-SUITE发动机性能分析软件建立了高压共轨系统和发动机整机的耦合模型,分析了高压共轨系统的喷油器控制室容积、针阀质量、控制量孔直径、喷嘴喷孔数和直径对发动机性能(动力性、经济性、排放性)的影响.结果表明:当控制室容积在不超过最小极限值的情况下,应减小控制室容积;在保证针阀运行平稳的情况下,应减小其质量;在保证进油量孔充分大、不产生二次喷射的情况下,合理选取进油量孔和出油量孔的直径,保证针阀的开启和关闭;根据高压共轨压力和最大喷油量的要求,并结合燃烧室形状选择喷孔数和直径.只有在满足这些条件的情况下,才可以获得比较好的发动机综合性能. The structure parameters of high pressure common rail system had a direct effect on its performance and thus affected the performance of the engine. In order to make a good match between the high pressure common rail system and the engine, the engine performance analysis software GT-SUITE was used to establish their coupling model. The effects of the injector control volume, the mass of the needle valve, the diameter of control orifice, the number of nozzle holes and the diameter of nozzle holes on the performance of the engine including power performance, fuel economy and emissions were analyzed. The results showed that when the control volume was above the minimum limitation, it should be reduced. When the needle valve worked smoothly, its mass should be reduced. When the input holes were large enough and there was no secondary injection, the reasonable diameters of the input holes and the output holes could be selected to ensure that the needle valve could be opened and closed quickly. The selection of the diameter and number of the injection holes depended on the common the shape of combustion chamber. Under of the engine could be achieved. rail pressure, the maximum injection quantity and aforementioned conditions, the best performance
