摘要
基于黄河黑山峡段建坝方案对比项目,文中利用Skyline Globe软件建设了淹没分析三维地理信息系统,阐述了三维地理信息系统在水利工程项目中洪水淹没模拟与分析、淹没损失估算等方面的重要性。
Based on the comparison among the dam- construction projects in Hei Shan Xia Gorge on the Yellow River,this paper makes the 3D- GIS for flood inundation analysis with Skyline Globe,and explains the importance of 3D-GIS for inundation simulation and analysis as well as the loss estimation in hydraulic engineering projects.
