皖北矿区土地复垦方案编制要点及存在问题分析

Analysis on compiling of land reclamation scheme and its problems in mining areas in northern Anhui

文中结合皖北矿区实际情况,对该区土地复垦方案的编制任务及思路进行了介绍与探讨;对方案编制过程中涉及到的编制要点和存在问题进行了较为深入的剖析,并提出了一些建议和看法;对提高皖北矿区土地复垦方案的编制水平和相关工作的实施具有一定的积极作用。

Based on the specific situation of mining areas in northern Anhui,the present paper introduces and analyzes the preparation and ideas to compile the land reclamation scheme in this area,and then key points and problems involved are also analyzed in detail. On the basis,the author puts forward some suggestions which are hoped to be helpful for the compiling and the implement of related work in mining areas in northern Anhui.
