摘要
介绍杭氧42 500 Nm^3/h空分装置高压板翅式换热器工艺设计和参数,运行过程中偏流的原因分析和改造过程。通过对高压板翅式换热器吹扫和管路改造后,解决了高压板翅式换热器偏流和温差大的问题,氧气产量也达到了设计产量42 500 Nm^3/h。
Introduced Hangyang 42 500Nm^3/h ASU high pressure plate fin heat exchanger design and process parameters, the device during operation of the bias current cause analysis and transformation process. Through the high pressure plate fin heat exchanger tubing purged and reform, to solve the high-pressure plate-fin heat exchanger and the temperature difference between the bias issue, oxygen production has reached design production 42 500 Nm^3/h.
