上海市宝山区体检人群CA724结果回顾性分析

Analysis of CA724 Results in Physical Examination Population in Baoshan District of Shanghai

目的 通过对上海市宝山区体检人群血清糖类抗原724（CA724）的结果回顾性分析,探讨血清CA724在不同人群的分布情况及其影响因素。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法（CLIA）检测CA724水平。测定2014年1月到2016年6月的16239名健康体检人群血清CA724水平,分为男女组和6个年龄组进行比较分析。结果 CA724参考范围0-6 IU/mL适合上海市宝山区的正常人群,男女间差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,随着年龄升高95%位数逐渐升高,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 现有的CA724参考区间适合上海市宝山区健康人群。

Objective Based on the results of the serum carbohydrate antigen 724 （CA724） in the physical examination population in Baoshan District, Shanghai, the distribution of serum carbohydrate antigen 724 in different populations and its influencing factors were analyzed retrospectively. Methods Using chemiluminiscence immunoassay technology to analysis 16239 healthy people from January 2014 to June 2016. The subjests were divided into two gender groups and six age groups. Results Serum carbohydrate antigen 724 reference range was 0-6 IU/mL, which was suitable for the normal population in Baoshan District, Shanghai. CA724 shows gradually elevation with age in the studied age groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The gender groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The used CA724 reference range is suitable for health people in Baoshan District, Shang hal.
