估算低压纯气体黏度方法的评价及改进

摘要 黏度是有机化合物的重要物性数据之一,也是化工过程模拟与优化建模中不可或缺的参数。尽管文献中有部分化合物黏度的实验值,但很多物质的黏度不便由实验获得,而是建立数学模型来估算。通过对估算低压纯气体黏度的方法进行归纳和研究,并对一些方法存在的问题进行了阐述及改进。主要介绍了Reichenberg法、Chung法、Lucas法和Golubev法的原理、优缺点及应用范围;并利用这些方法估算了随机选取的100种化合物的黏度值,将这些估算值再与温度关联式所计算的结果进行比较。结果表明,Chung法估算黏度较之其它方法精确;同时对Reichenberg法和Chung法进行了改进,增加Reichenberg法7种基团的贡献值和Chung法的18种常用酸性化合物的k值,从而扩大了这些方法的应用范围。 Viscosity is an important property of organic compounds, which is an important parameter forchemical process simulation and optimization. There are experimental viscosity values available in literature,but many viscosity data are not easily acquirable by experiments. A variety of methods for estimating viscosityof organic compounds were summarized, and principles, advantages/disadvantages and applications of theReichenberg method, Chung method, Lucas method and Golubev method were discussed. The results fromusing these methods to calculate 100 randomly selected compounds were compared. The Chung method isfound a more accurate method to estimate viscosity. Moreover, seven group contribution values for theReichenberg method and 18 k values of acid compounds for the Chung method are added, and the applicationrange of these methods can be expanded.
