传统制造企业与环保企业互动共生中实现绿色升级 被引量:1

Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises Implement Green Upgrading by Interacting and Symbiosis with Environmental Protection Enterprises

摘要 在国内外多重环境变迁的影响下,我国传统制造企业陷入了发展困境。传统制造企业需要转变思路,顺应国际发展潮流和我国绿色发展的号召,进行绿色升级。资源和能力不足是限制我国传统制造企业发展的关键要素,传统制造企业依靠自身的原始积累很难实现绿色升级,与环保企业进行互动能够解决传统制造企业绿色升级中的要素问题。基于共生理论对传统制造企业与环保企业互动的可行性进行分析后,探寻了二者在传统制造企业前端、后端以及前后端协同互动及其优势培育机制,最后分别从企业、政府和行业协会层面提出了两类企业有效互动的对策建议。 Under the influence of multiple environmental changes at home and abroad, traditional manufacturing enterpri- ses in our country have fallen into the development predicament. Traditional manufacturing enterprises need to change their way of thinking and conduct green upgrade to comply with the trend of international development and our country's call for "green development" . The shortage of resources and capabilities are key elements which limit the development of tradition- al manufacturing enterprises in China. It is difficult for the traditional manufacturing enterprises to implement green upgra- ding on its own primitive accumulation, while interacting with environmental protection enterprises can solve the traditional manufacture enterprises' elementary problems during the process of green upgrading. Base on the symbiosis theory, this paper firstly analyses the feasibility of interaction between traditional manufacturing enterprises and environmental enterpri- ses, then explores the interaction mechanism and advantage cultivation mechanism of both sides in the front-end, back- end and front-back end of the traditional manufacturing enterprises. Finally, the paper puts forward the effective countermeasures and suggestions for the two types of enterprises respectively from the aspects of enterprise, government and indus- try association.
