新型节能环保玻纤技术的研究与开发

摘要 通过由实验室到小型电熔炉连续玻璃化料实验及连续坩埚法细纱和粗纱的拉丝验证,新型节能环保玻纤技术INNOFIBER P-CR已基本得到了验证,可以用来生产细纱和粗纱玻纤产品。INNOFIBER P-CR技术第一次引用了天然无害的玻璃态矿物,这种技术可以使玻璃熔制过程节能约20%。特殊研发的P-CR玻纤配合料无硼无氟可满足新的生产环保要求。通过综合的玻纤化学结构设计,P-CR玻纤拉丝温度可保持在生产C玻纤所需的温度条件,同时提高了玻纤的机械性能和耐酸碱及抗水解性能。P-CR玻纤综合指标与E-CR玻纤相同,与E-CR玻纤拉丝的温度要求相比,P-CR拉丝温度要低70℃左右,对细纱拉丝环境有很明显的改善。 Validations of technical benefits and market potential of new energy saving and environmental friendly glass fiber technology,INNOFBIER P-CR,were obtained by conducting a series of laboratory tests ,small scale continuous electrical batch melting, fiber drawing using marble melting platform, and a series of fiber property evaluations. The results support the use of P-CR technology producing yam or roving fiber products. The P-CR technology,for the first time ,introduces natural,glassy material to aid batch-to-glass melting process and reduce the energy eonsumption of batch melting by about 20% relative to E-Glass batch melting. P-CR glass batch is free from boron and fluoride meeting new glass manufacturing environmental control requirements. New P-CR glass chemistry is designed to ensure higher mechanical and chemical stability comparable to E-CR fibers, but much improved over C-Glass fibers. Furthermore, P-CR glass fiber drawing temperature was designed to offer improvement,especially making yam products. Relative to E-CR fiber ;forming temperature of P-CR fiber is lower than E-CR fiber by about 70 ℃.
