高速公路客货分线设置条件研究(英文) 被引量:2

Research on Setting Conditions of Expressway Separated Line Between Passenger and Freight Transportation

摘要 针对高速公路客货分线相关理论及行业规范的不完善问题,通过分析国内外客货分离的基本理论和实施状况,提出了高速公路客货分线的概念,并对客货分线的3种形式进行了适应性研究;探讨了客货分线建设的必要性,并运用层次分析法和VISSIM仿真对其进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:当计算阈值大于5时,考虑实施客货分线;当道路交通量小于3 500pcu·h^(-1)且货车比率小于30%时,高速公路不宜实施客货分线;当道路交通量大于4 500pcu·h-1且货车比率为30%~40%时,高速公路适宜实施客货分线,且单向客货专用车道数均为2条;当道路交通量大于4 500pcu·h^(-1)且货车比率大于40%时,高速公路适宜实施客货分线,且单向客车和货车专用车道数分别为2和3条。 Considering the imperfection of the relevant theories and professional standards of ex- pressway separated line between passenger and freight transportation, through the analysis on the basic theories and the domestic and international implementation conditions of separation of passenger and freight, the concept of expressway separated line between passenger and freight transportation was proposed and the adaptability of the three types of the separated line was in- vestigated. In addition, the neeessity of the construction of expressway separated line between passenger and freight transportation was discussed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and VISSIM simulation were applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that when the calculated threshold value of AHP is greater than 5, a separated line could be im- plemented; when the traffic volume is less than 3 500 pcu · h^-1 and the proportion of freight is less than 30%, the separated line is not suitable to be implemented in the expressway; when the traffic volume is greater than 4 500 pcu · h^-1 and the proportion of freight is 30% to 40%, the separated line is suitable for expressway and the numbers of both one-way passenger dedicated lane and one-way freight dedicated lane are two; when the traffic volume is greater than 4 500 pcu ·h^-1 and the proportion of freight is greater than 40%, the separated line is suitable for ex- pressway and the number of one-way passenger dedicated lane is two, and the number of freight dedicated lane is three.
