油沟尺寸是轴承零件的重要尺寸之一,通常使用油沟宽度样板检测其尺寸合格与否。通过对轴承零件油沟宽度的测量分析,论证了无论是圆锥滚子轴承还是圆柱滚子轴承,只要油沟宽度尺寸相同,就能使用同一个样板,增加了通用性,既节约材料又便于管理。

Oil groove dimension is one of key dimensions for bearing parts, width template of oil groove is usually used to measure whether oil groove dimension is qualified or not. By measuring and analyzing, it expounds that common template can be chosen if oil groove widths are same for no matter tapered or cylindrical roller bearings.
