摘要
目的建立测定养阴生津片中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC-ELSD）。方法色谱柱为Inertsil C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（32∶68）,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,ELSD检测器漂移管温度为60℃,载气（空气）流速为2.0 L/min。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在0.496 8~9.936 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为0.22%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,无其他成分干扰,可作为养阴生津片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC- ELSD method for the content determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yangyin Shengjin Tablets. Methods The HPLC- ELSD method was adopted and the Inertsil C18 column（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water（ 32 ∶ 68）. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min. The column temperature was 35 ℃ The drift tube temperature of ELSD detector was 60 ℃,and the carrier gas（ air） flow rate was 2. 0 L / min. Results The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was0. 496 8- 9. 936 0 μg. The average recovery rate was 99. 64%,RSD was 0. 22%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,stable and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Yangyin Shengjin Tablets.
