高效液相色谱法测定养阴合剂中连翘苷含量

Content Determination of Phillyrin in Yangyin Mixture by HPLC

目的建立测定养阴合剂中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,用以控制养阴合剂的质量。方法色谱柱为Waters Sun Fire C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸（19∶81）,流速为2.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果连翘苷进样量在0.021 24~0.424 8μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.42%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于养阴合剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of phillyrin in Yangyin Mixture to provide a quality control methods for it. Methods The Waters Sun Fire C18 column（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0. 2% phosphoric acid（ 19 ∶ 81） with the flow rate of 2. 0 m L / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0. 021 24- 0. 424 8 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98. 44% with the RSD of 1. 42%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Yangyin Mixture.
