缬沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿31例

Valsartan Combined Bailing Capsules for Treating Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria in 31 cases

目的分析缬沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者62例,随机均分为研究组和对照组。两组患者均给予抗感染、降血压、纠正水电解质紊乱、优质饮食干预等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者采用缬沙坦治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。结果研究组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量降至(0.72±0.31)g,对照组患者降至(1.13±0.43)g,研究组下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床疗效确切,且安全性高,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria. Methods 62 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The two groups were given basic treatment such as anti- infection,lowering blood pressure,water and electrolyte disturbance correction,and high- quality diet intervention,etc. On this basis,the control group was treated with valsartan,and the study group was treated with valsartan combined with Bailing Capsules. Results After treatment,the 24 h urinary protein in the study group decreased to（ 0. 72 ± 0. 31） g,and the control group decreased to（ 1. 13 ± 0. 43） g,the decrease in the study group was obviously better than the control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate in the study group was93. 55%,which was obviously higher than 77. 42% in the control group,there were statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria has clear efficacy,is safe with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
