摘要
目的探讨活血化瘀中药对心室重构及其彩色超声表现的影响。方法检索并分析近年来国内外有关活血化瘀中药对心室重构及其彩色超声表现影响的研究报道。结果与结论彩色超声是诊疗心室重构的重要手段,活血化瘀中药对心室重构及其彩色超声表现均有显著改善作用,值得深入研究,以探讨更有效的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the progresses in the effect of Huoxue Huayu Traditional Chinese medicine on color ultrasound of ventricular remodeling. Methods International and domestic researches published in recent years on Huoxue Huayu Traditional Chinese medicine and its effect on color ultrasound of ventricular remodeling were retrieved. Results and Conclusion Color ultrasound is an important method of diagnosis and treatment of ventricular remodeling; Huoxue Huayu Traditional Chinese Medicine has an evident effect on the ventricular remodeling and its color ultrasound features,and deserves to be studied deeply to explore more effective treatment.
