摘要
运用协同论及交易剩余理论进行研究发现,对话教学是一个以问题为中心、使师生的思维碰撞、相互整合的协同作用过程,能够实现教师由单向传授知识的纵向联系为主向师生整合、整体互动、对话协同的各个因子直接或间接的横向互动转变,向相互鼓励、竞争互动、观念交融、思想交锋和生成学习为主转变、不断迸发出创造性,进而教学相长。其促进各个对话因子相互配合,提高相关要素和系统在对话中的耦合度,形成合力、产生优势互补的协同效应。对话也有交流收益效应和边际水平拉平效应,促进师生的知识升级和能力提高。
Dialogic Teaching(DT) refers to problem-centered,discussion-based instruction,where different participants interact as well as intermingle,cooperate as well as compete with each other at various levels and in different dimensions. Teaching is no longer'one-to-many'transmission of knowledge,but involves on-going talks between teachers and students,both of whom are given opportunities to contribute to classroom dialog,and learn as much from the dialog as from each other. Such a synergistic process of DT is conducive to growth,competitiveness,innovation and creativity for all participants.
