脱硝宽负荷运行的水侧改造方法研究与实践 被引量:7

摘要 燃煤电厂锅炉在低负荷时,脱硝系统(SCR)往往由于烟温低而不能投入运行。为了使机组在低负荷时氮氧化物的排放满足环保的要求,需要对现有SCR进行宽负荷脱硝改造。首先对宽负荷脱硝改造的必要性进行介绍,然后就脱硝宽负荷运行的水侧改造的4种方案进行阐述和对比,指出了每种方案的优劣。最后通过应用案例详细介绍了GRS、SGRS的改造效果,并总结了水侧改造的技术特点。 Denitrification system SCR(selective catalytic reduction) always doesn' t work due to low flue gas temperature at low load of coal-fired power plant boilers. It' s necessary to implement current SCR wide load denitrification renovation in order to meet the requirement of environment protection of nitrogen oxide emission at low load of unit. The article introduces necessity of wide load denitrification renovation and compares four solutions of water side renovation of denitrification wide load operation. It lists disadvantages and advantages. Finally the author puts forward GRS(gas temperature rising system), SGRS(super gas temperature rising system) renovation effect based on detailed case studies and summarizes technological features of water side renovation.
