摘要 锅炉产生的废水、废气(汽)、废蒸汽,因能源品级低,多年来一直无法有效利用。而在城市的很多街道,随处可见商业浴场、宾馆、医院、寄宿制学校及企业澡堂,他们均需要能源品级不高的热水,因而均配备了各类小锅炉。设计了一个引入市场化机制方案,通过新成立的热水中心,将锅炉运行单位和热水使用单位有机结合起来,很好的解决了困扰双方多年的难题。同时使三方均得利,达到既节能又减排,既有可观的经济效益,又有良好的社会效益和环保效益。 Boilers producing waste water, waste gas and waste stream due to low energy grade are unable to be used effectively over the years. Meanwhile there are commercial bathhouses, hotels, hospitals, boarding schools and enterprise bathhouses, which need to be equipped with small boilers to provide low energy grade hot water. The author designs market mechanism introducing solution to combine boilers operation supplies with hot water using demands through new-built hot water center, which solves the problems plaguing two sides for many years. It achieves energy saving and emission reducing with great economic benefits and excellent social effects and environment protection effects.
