南通助推长江经济带发展的策略研究

Strategies of Boosting the Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Nantong

策应长江经济带战略、实现南通港城历史性跨越发展,是时代赋予南通新的使命和担当。文章从城市与区域规划的学科视角,详尽分析了长江经济带战略带给南通的机遇与挑战、南通助推长江经济带战略的优势与劣势,提出南通助推长江经济带发展的策略:定位长三角北翼中心港,努力建设港城节点;统筹开发江海港航资源,大力发展江海联运;港产城整体性互动发展,充分释放自身潜能;积极探索区域合作创新,流域竞合先行先试。

It is a new mission and responsibility for Nantong to respond to the strategy of developing the Yangtze River economic belt and to achieve a historic leap development of Nantong port and city. From the angle of the urban and regional planning subject, in detail, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the strategy of the Yangtze River economic belt and the advantages and disadvantages for Nantong to boost the strategy. Accordingly, it puts forward some relevant strategies as follows： locating the center port of the North Wing of the Yangtze River Delta and making great efforts to build the node of port and city; making an overall planning to exploit the port resources of the river-ocean and developing the riverocean combined transportation; integrating the interactive development of port, industry and city, and unlocking their potentials fully; exploring the regional cooperation and innovation actively and making a leading exploration for competition and cooperation of the basin.
