摘要 在分布式电源接入智能配电网的同时建设安全可靠的通信传输通道,是保障电网安全稳定运行的必要条件,有利于提高电力通信网的业务支撑能力。文章分析了分布式电源的电力业务需求,提出了其接入智能配电通信网的带宽预测模型及流量计算方法,并根据带宽预测结果及当前适用的通信技术体制,针对分布式电源接入的典型应用场景提出了可行的通信接入技术方案,为合理规划分布式电源接入智能配电通信网、建设标准统一的通信传输通道提供了有效方法。 When the distributed generation is connected to the smart distribution network, building the safe and reliable communication transmission channel is an essential task for the stable and secure operation of power network, and benefits the service support ability of power communication network. In this paper, the power service requirements of the distributed generation are analyzed. The bandwidth prediction models and the calculation methods for the distributed generation connecting to smart distribution communication network are proposed. On the basis of the bandwidth prediction results and the current applicable communication technical systems, the feasible communication access plans for the typical application scenarios of the distributed generation are proposed. It offers a valid method to plan for connecting the distributed generation to the smart distribution network and constructing the communication channel with the unified standard.
