摘要
一条光缆通信线路往往是由多段光缆通过光缆接头盒连接而成,接头盒若因密封不良进水会降低光缆的传输性能,因此需要及时发现并消除光缆接头盒密封性的故障隐患。文章提出了一种光缆接头盒密封性智能监测系统的实现方法,包括硬件组成、数据处理的原理和判据。智能监测系统通过数据采集、传送以及后台数据中心智能化处理,能快速发现光缆接头盒的故障隐患,在故障发生前加以排除,有助于提高光缆通信的整体可靠性。
An optical cable line often consists of several section optical fiber cables and they are connected by the splice closures. Bad sealing splice closures will affect the transmission performance of optical cable, so the hidden sealing risk of splice closures should be found and eliminated in advance. An implementation method of the intelligent monitoring system for the seal of optical fiber cable splice closures is presented in this paper, including the composition of hardware, data processing principle and criterion. Through the data acquisition, transmission and intelligent processing in the background data center, the system can quickly find and eliminate the hidden trouble of the optical cable splice closures. The system can improve the overall reliability of the optical cable communication.
