摘要
通过装配LS4-1600LR型闭式四点八连杆压力机,分析了加工与装配过程中可能对压力机精度产生影响的因素,提出了改进措施,保证了总装后产品精度要求,为此类问题的解决提供了借鉴。
According to the assembly of LS4-1600LR closed four-point ＆ eight-link press, the factors which may influence the accuracy of press in the process of machining and assembly have been analyzed. The improvement measure has been put forward, which ensures the accuracy requirement of the product. It pro- vides reference for the solution of above problem.
