智能伺服压力机选型计算分析

摘要 根据曲柄连杆压力机工艺要求和交流伺服系统控制原理,研制开发了SIP-160伺服压力机,取消了机械飞轮和离合器,实现了伺服压力机的柔性化和智能化控制。分析了伺服电机与伺服驱动器的选型计算。介绍了该伺服压力机的控制方法,针对调试过程中发现的问题,作了进一步优化监控程序,有利于提高智能型伺服压力机性能。 According to the process requirements of crank press and control principle of AC servo system, the SIP-160 servo press has been developed which eliminates mechanical wheel and clutch. The flexible and intelligent control of the servo press has been realized. The selection and calculation of the servo motor and servo driver have been analyzed. The control method of servo press has been introduced. Aiming at the is- sues occurred in the commission process, the monitor program has been further optimized, which is favorable for improving the performance of the intelligent servo press.
