本文结合KPD系列电动平车在某公司车架装配线中的工艺特点及其开发应用实例,对传统的电动平车结构及应用方式进行应用研究。对其低压导电轨道安装技术、设备结构特点、工艺应用效果进行介绍。为解决生产线工位间物流转运提供一种很好的办法,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。

Taking the application of KPD series electric flat car in frame assembly line as an example, by combining the technical process characteristics of frame assembly line, the structure and application mode of conventional electric flat car have been studied. The installation technology for the low voltage conductive track, equipment structure features and the application effect have been introduced. It provide a good solution to solve the transport logistics between assembly lines, which has certain practical and reference value.
