群团改革视角下的团员队伍建设研究

共青团员是团的肌体的细胞和团的活动的主体,团员队伍建设在共青团改革发展中具有重要基础性地位。近年来,团员发展、团员教育、团员管理和基层团组织工作出现了一些新问题新情况。在共青团改革的新形势下,团员队伍建设要着力在提高质量、规范程序、加强教育、发挥作用、提升活力等方面下功夫,全面提升团员队伍的先进性。

Members of the Communist Youth Party of the PRC are the building blocks and major contributors of the CYP. The construction of Youth League team is fundmental and essential to the CYP＇ s reforms. Over the past few years, Youth League membership extension, education, and administration, as well as grassroots CYP organizations face some challenges. With the CYP reforms, we should upgrade, standardize, educate and give full play to CYP team building so as to keep up with the time.
