大学生创新创业“软资本”的“嵌入式”培育模式研究

Research on the "Embedded Soft Capital" Training Mode for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Students

注重培育由人力资本、心理资本和社会资本构成的"软资本",不仅是大学生成功创新创业的重要前提,也是推进高校创新创业教育深度融入高校人才培养体系的关键契入点。因此,高校应构建"软资本"的"嵌入式"培育模式,即围绕"软资本"培育,从理念嵌入、组织嵌入、资源嵌入、制度嵌入四条路径实现人才培养模式的创新。

Today, the focus of cultivating soft capital which is composed of human capital, psychological capital and social capital, is not only an important prerequisite for successful innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, but also to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in college training system. Therefore, colleges should construct ＂embedded soft capital＂ training mode around the soft capital cultivation in four ways, namely, embedded philosophy, embedded organization, embedded resource and embedded system to implement.
