基于强化岗位职能培养的制药工程专业综合实践课程建设

Construction of the Comprehensive Practical Curriculum of Pharmaceutical Engineering Based on Strengthening the Professional Post Responsibilities

基于制药工程专业大课时设置综合实践课程存在的岗位能力培养不足、过程考核和管理偏弱、科学评价体系缺乏等问题,以"强化职业岗位职能培养"为目标,重新拟定校内具体实训项目的训练目标、梳理教学内容,实现教学内容系统化、规范化,考核过程科学化;校外实习引入职业岗位证书获取制度,强化学生实习目标明确化、学习自主化。

Based on the problems of insufficient post training,weak process assessment and management, and lack of scientific evaluation system,the paper aims to strengthen the training of vocational posts and reformulate the specific training programs in the university,training objectives,combing the teaching content,to achieve systematic and standardized teaching content,scientific assessment process.The certificate systemis introduced to the practice of vocational positions outside of school to strengthen the students’ clear study objectives and learning autonomy.
