摘要
对1000 kV南-荆一回线路管型硬跳线屏蔽环的断裂形态进行归类,根据风载荷计算方法计算风载设计值,采用有限元理论建立数值分析模型并进行等效静力风载分析。分析表明:屏蔽环刚度较弱,应力较大值部位与破坏特征一致,结构设计满足强度要求,断裂属疲劳破坏的可能性较大。
The rupture modes of the tubular rigid jumper shielding ring in the 1 000 kV Nan-Jing loop line are classified. Then,an equivalent static wind load finite element analysis is carried out. The results show that the ruptures usually occur in the locations with high stresses. However,the structural design of the shielding ring meets the strength requirement. It is of high possibility that the rupture is fatigue failure.
