Treatment of Runner Blade Jam Fault in Hydro-turbine Unit in Shawan Hydropower Station

介绍了大渡河沙湾水电站3号机组转轮桨叶动作出现卡顿的现象,经过对转轮高压腔排尽空气、叶片密封涂抹黄油、密封压板打磨修整等一系列处理措施之后,叶片动作恢复正常,机组一次性启动成功。

In Shawan Hydropower Station,runner blade jam fault is observed in the No. 3 hydro-turbine unit. A series of treatment measures are conducted,including the air exhaustion treatment of the runner high pressure chamber,buttering of the blade seal,and the grinding of the sealing plates. After the treatment,the runner blade operates well.
