摘要
颅内占位性病变、颅脑损伤、脑血管疾病和脑代谢功能障碍等均可引起脑水肿,而水通道蛋白(AQP)是控制脑水肿的重要蛋白。丙泊酚能够通过多种途径影响水通道蛋白,从而控制脑水肿,本文对丙泊酚对AQP的影响进行综述。
Intracranial space-occupying lesion,brain injury,cerebrovascular disease and cerebral metabolic dysfunction can cause cerebral edema,and aquoporins(AQP) is an important protein in controlling the cerebral edema.Propofol can affect AQP through various channels and thus control brain edema.The paper reviews the effect of propofol on aquoporin pathway.
