摘要同时性结直肠癌肝转移(colorectal cancer with synchronous liver metastases,SCRLM)的治疗方法较多,其治疗要区分可切除和不可切除,很多治疗观点仍有争论,方法不能统一而论。作者通过分析比较国内外的相关报道,综合阐述,以促治疗达成规范,治疗效果能有所提高,为临床提供参考价值。
