摘要
文章以中国人民大学教师为对象,采用问卷调查法研究了高校教师职业倦怠的现状以及其组织支持感和职业倦怠之间的关系,结果表明:(1)高校教师职业倦怠感处于中等偏下水平,组织支持感处于中等偏上水平;(2)不同职称高校教师在去人性化和职业倦怠上差异显著,不同年龄高校教师在低自我效能感和职业倦怠上差异显著;(3)高校教师组织支持感与职务倦怠及其三个维度均存在显著的负向相关关系,组织支持感对职业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。
This study takes faculties from Renmin University of China as the research objective and surveys their current job burnout situation and the correlation between the organizational support and burnout by using questionnaires. The result shows that the faculties have a lower level of burnout but higher level of organizational support. The dimension of depersonalization and the total score of burnout has significant difference in faculties with different professional titles, as well as the dimension of diminished personal accomplishment and the total score of burnout differs remarkably in age. The organizational support is negatively correlated to the total scores of burnout and 3 dimensions, and it can negatively predict burnout.
