本文从解析"互联网+"时代、全面深化高等教育综合改革、依法治档的新形势下高校档案馆面临的挑战与机遇入手,引出核心竞争力概念,通过阐释高校档案馆核心竞争力的内涵及其构建维度——文化维、管理维、信息化维、公共关系维,提出以积淀"以人为本"的机构文化为核心理念,以强化战略规划管理为导向,以加快推进"数字档案馆"建设为抓手,以探索机构和人才管理新模式为动力,以拓展多层次、多形式的公共关系为突破口开辟核心竞争力的培育路径。

In this article, analyzing the challenges and opportunities that university archives facing under the new situation of the Internet era, deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education and managing archives according to law leads to the concept of core competence, and a path of cultivating the core competence by accumulating ＂people-oriented＂ organization culture, strengthening the management of strategic planning, accelerating the construction of digital archives, exploring the new model of organization and talent management and expanding multi-level, multi form of public relations is put forward through interpreting the connotation and construction dimensions of the core competitiveness of university archives such as cultural dimensions, management dimension, information dimension and public relations dimension.
