With the background of government＇s promoting ＂Internet plus＂, this paper starts with the influences of the networking and modularization on the enterprises＂ growth mechanism and then makes a comprehensive description of multiple traits of modern enterprises based on the ＂triple boundaries＂ division of the enterprises. It makes an exploration into the enterprises＂ growth path from ＂close＂ to ＂open＂ in order to provide some inspiration for the modern enterprise management.
