摘要
随着政府、市场需求的不断变化以及知识生产方式的转型,我国高校智库的发展环境和逻辑结构也正发生着改变。高校智库具有强烈的转型发展和管理创新需求。在多重逻辑视域下,高校智库的战略转型要在保留学术性特征的基础上,转变基本定位、转换发展理念、改革体制机制、改进评价模式,同时要从人才选拔和管理、资源投入、成果推广等层面完善管理运行机制。
With the continuous changes of the demands of the government and market and the transformation of the changing demands from government and market and the transition of production mode of knowledge, the development environment and logical structure the university think-tanks in China are also changing. The university think tanks urgently need a transformation, development, and management innovation. From a multi-logic perspective, on the one hand, the university think tank's strategic transformation should be conducted by transforming its basic self-identity, transforming the development idea, reforming the institutional mechanism and improving the evaluation mode based on reserving its academic characteristics. On the other hand, it should also improve the management operation mechanisms of the personnel selection and management, resource allocation and achievement popularization.
