摘要
运用SWOT的方法,分析了地方应用型高校大学生的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,明确了地方应用型高校大学生的特点,在顺应创新型国家建设及大学生培养方案、建立应用型课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、拓展实践教学平台和培育独特的校园文化等方面提出了提高和培养大学生创新创业能力的举措,为区域经济发展培养更多的高素质创新型人才。
By the analysis of SWOT,the author analyzed the superiority,weakness,opportunities and threats of local applied universities and colleges,cleared the characteristics of students in these universities and colleges,and put forward some measures to improve and cultivate their innovative ability and entrepreneurship,such as following the construction of Innovative Country and college student cultivation plans,establishing a system of applied courses,strengthening the teacher team construction,extending the practical teaching platform,fostering the distinct campus culture,and so on,in order to cultivate more innovative talents with high-quality.
