摘要
根据预测(334个样本)和正式调查(4 105个样本),进行探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及相关分析,尝试构建了包括求职动机、求职判断、求职技巧、求职意向四个维度的大学生求职能力结构模型。为了强化高校就业指导、增强大学生综合就业竞争力,从求职动机、求职判断、求职意向及求职技巧等方面提出针对性建议。
According to the forecast( 334 samples) and a formal investigation( 4105 samples),exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis have been conducted,and try to construct the university student "job-searching capability"model with a structure including 4-dimensions such as "job-searching motivation,job-searching judgments,job-searching skills,job-searching intentions". Some Suggestions have been proposed from the motivation,judgments,intentions and skills of job-searching,in order to enhance the career guidance in universities and colleges and promote the comprehensive employability of students.
