摘要
[目的]延长梅杏在气调储藏环境下的贮藏时间。[方法]以梅杏为试材,配置浓度为0.5%、0.75%、1.0%、1.5%的壳聚糖溶液,加入200 mg/L纳他霉素,配置成复合溶液,浸泡果实1 min后进行冷藏,研究壳聚糖+纳他霉素复合处理对梅杏采后贮藏品质的影响。[结果]结果表明,1.0%复合处理能够较好地降低梅杏的呼吸强度和失重率,抑制细胞膜透性量增加,保持较高的硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、Vc含量,减少梅杏腐烂发生,从而延长贮藏期。[结论]研究结果为梅杏贮藏提供了技术参考。
[Objective] The aim was to prolong storage time of plum apricot which was in CA storage enviromnent. [Method] In this thesis, with apricot fi'uits as the tested materials, concentration 0.5%, 0.75vh, 1.0%, 1.5% of chitosan solution, adding 200 mg/L natamycin, configure complex solution, then soaked the fi'uit cohl storage after 1 rain to study the chitosan natamycin combined treatment on the apricot plum postharvest quality. [Result] The results showed that the composite handle of 1.0% could reduce the respiration rate of apricot and plum weight loss, inhibite the increase of cell membrane permeability, maintain high hardness, soluble solids, titratable acid, contenl of Vc, reduce apricot plum rotten place to prolong the storage time. [Conclusion] The results provided technical references for storage of plum apricot.
