几种香菇菌株抗高温和抗霉菌性比较的研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为筛选出耐高温、抗杂菌能力强的香菇。[方法]本研究以16个国内主栽品种及原生质体杂交后代为供试菌株,采用香菇菌丝高温处理及与霉菌菌丝体对峙培养的方法,比较了供试菌株耐高温性能及抗霉菌的能力。[结果]初步筛选出4个高抗的香菇菌株。[结论]LNX1、野生香菇1号、LNX3、LNX6、LNX7和荷香1号菌株耐高温性能较强;LNX1、LNX3、野生香菇1号、野生香菇2号和荷香1号抗杂菌力较强。 [Objective] This study was to filter out varieties of Lentinula edodes that had strong resistance to high temperature and mucedine. [Method]16 main cultivated varieties and protoplast hybrids were used as material and their resistance to high temperature and mucedine was compared by mycelium heat treatment and confront fungal mycelium cultivation method. [Result] Four strains were selected preliminarily that performed strong resistance. [Conclusion] LNX1, wild No. 1, LNX3, LNX6, 1 LNX7 and Hexiang No. 1 strains performed stronger resistance to high temperature than others; LNX1, LNX3, wild Nol, wild No 2 and Hexiang No. 1 performed stronger resistance to mucedine than others.
