摘要
循环流化床烟气脱硫(CFB-FGD)技术是目前应用比较广泛的脱硫方式,由于CFB-FGD系统是个复杂的非线性系统,很难建立其数学模型,而模糊建模被证明在非线性系统的建模中具有很大优势,因此本工作提出了CFB-FGD系统的T-S模糊建模。本工作通过分析CFB-FGD系统的基本原理和工艺流程,以及实际操作过程中的控制参数,对此系统中烟气出口温度控制回路进行研究,并对其控制回路建立了T-S模糊模型。建立系统的T-S模糊模型之后用鲁棒竞争算法进行辨识,为了简化模糊规则在所有简化方法中采用正交最小二乘法,这样获得的T-S模型具有较高的建模精度和泛化能力。最后通过仿真验证了所建立的CFB-FGD系统中的主要控制回路模型具有很好的动态响应,能够很好地逼近实际系统。
Circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization(CFB-FGD)technology is widely used in desulfurization.CFB-FGD system is a complex and nonlinear system,so it is difficult to establish the mathematical model.Fuzzy modeling has great advantages in nonlinear system modeling,so this paper proposes a CFB-FGD system modeling based on T-S fuzzy model.By analyzing mechanism and process of the circulating fluidized bed for flue gas desulfurization and the control parameters CFB-FGD process operation,We studied CFB-FGD system main control circuit(flue gas outlet temperature control loop),and established control circuit about T-S fuzzy model.Robust competitive algorithm is used to identify the established T-S model and orthogonal least squares method is used to for simplify fuzzy rules.The kind of model offers a high precision and generalization ability.Finally,the simulation results show the established CFB-FGD system main control loop model has a good dynamic response,and it can be a good approximation of the actual system.
